Fluturaș.ro doesn't change your internal process. It makes it safer, easier to track and easier to prove.

  1. STEP 01

    The accountant uploads the documents.

    The monthly batch is checked before sending: structure, employee matching, payroll month and any import errors.

  2. STEP 02

    The employer approves the delivery.

    The person in charge sees the batch summary and approves the send. Corrections are made before documents reach employees.

  3. STEP 03

    The employee receives and opens it.

    Access is secure, and opening the document generates technical proof: moment, device, IP and document identifier.

Result

The digital register builds itself.
