1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Through the contact form we may collect name, email address, company, phone, message subject, message content, IP address, submission date and technical browser information needed for security.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process the data to respond to requests received, to prevent form abuse and to keep a minimal record of commercial or technical communications. The basis may be legitimate interest, pre-contractual steps or the consent expressed by submitting the form.
4. Recipients and transfers
The data is accessed by authorised persons within and by the technical providers required to run the site and email. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiling.
5. Retention period
Messages received through the form are kept for as long as necessary to respond, manage the relationship and defend legitimate rights - generally no more than 36 months, except where the law requires a different period.
6. Your rights
